“In Theresa Anderson’s installation, the most beautiful dream, her sculpture, peep panel/ privacy screen blocks and centers the bed thinking about moments of vulnerability and the act of laying bare private desires and dreams. The public is given access to a room with a grouping of her drawings, textiles, sculptures and video that are ominous, disembodied- and then again soft, pliable and sensual.”
Commissioned by the Denver Architectural Foundation for Doors Open Denver to create an installation within the specific setting of a hotel room set in a historic mansion in Denver, Colorado.
